David Daily
David Daily was announced as the new boys soccer coach at Boswell for the 2022-2023 school year.
Coach Daily has lived and coached around the world. He has been involved in soccer in some capacity ever since he was a kid in Germany, while his father was in the US Army. Fast forward, and he has stayed involved with the sport as a player, coach, referee, parent, and administrator for over 45 years.
Coach Daily holds a 'B' license from the United States Soccer Federation, and most recently he and his family lived abroad in Indonesia and Egypt, working with a variety of players from orphans to high school teams, and U23 professionals.
Daily taught and coached at Amarillo High School for 16 years, where his teams qualified for the state playoffs nine consecutive years, made three appearances in the regional semi-finals and one regional final appearance.
Coach Daily obtained his bachelor's and master's degree in Art History from West Texas A&M.
He and his wife Lana have four children; Chance, McKenzie, Sarah and Aiden.
