What a way to celebrate the seniors! Hosting the Central High School Lady Chargers on Friday, the Lady Pioneers showed off in another strong display for their last home game of the season. The teams fought for control of the court in a series of four sets, with Boswell dominating the majority. The girls in blue handily won the first two matches before falling short of a sweep by a hair width, ultimately coming back in the fourth to put their opponent away 3-1. Emily Brister led the offense with 16 kills, followed by Jillian Smith with 11 kills and 16 digs. The seniors, in turn, were celebrated for their very successful sting with Lady Pioneers volleyball. Emily surpassed 500 career kills, Alexa Cenotto reached 1000 career digs, and Emma Stuhr reached 1500 career assists.
Boswell takes to the road Tuesday, October 20th, to face off against Byron Nelson.
