Hosting the Legacy Broncos on Tuesday, the Pioneers were pitted against a strong opponent. Boswell fought ferociously on the court and kept a steady pace with the visiting team through their persistent offense rushes. The boys in white racked up a fine amount of points by the end, tallying up 48, but sadly, the Broncos managed to keep ahead after slipping through minor cracks in the home team's defense and pulling into the lead with 65 points by the end of the fourth. It was a close match of several stellar plays, such as Seth Allen leading the Pioneers with 14 points scored, so the team could walk off the court with their heads held high.
Boswell is back in Newcom Gymnasium next Tuesday, February 10th, for their rematch against the Panthers of North Crowley.
