Pioneer tennis hosted the Azle Hornets in their last non-district match of the season on Thursday, August 18. The boys and girls dominated only dropping three out of 19 matches. "Playing our last preseason match gave us the opportunity to fine tune the last parts of our game before district starts next week," said Coach Wester. The Pioneers will travel to Paschal in their first district game on Tuesday, September 23 at 4:30 p.m.
