The Lady Pioneers' volleyball team experienced a close defeat against Fossil Ridge during the Bi-District playoff held at Keller Central High School on Monday, Oct. 30. Despite putting up a fierce fight, their efforts weren't quite enough, resulting in a tough loss with the final scores of 25-16, 24-26, 25-18, 21-25, and 8-15. Leading the Lady Pioneers was Camille Middleton with 23 kills. Brooke Lacewell contributed eight kills. Kennedy Caton led in assists with 20 and three aces. Alena Lopez led the team with 16 digs followed by Middleton with 13 and Emerson Chadwell with 12. Boswell finished their season with an overall record of 25-21 and clinched the title of District 3-6A Champions for the third consecutive time. Congratulations to the players and coaching staff on a successful season.
