Through a series of four nail-biting sets, the Lady Pioneers were able to clench victory over Mansfield Legacy on Friday. It was a tough battle all throughout the evening, with only match being lost by Boswell being the second and barely falling behind by just four points. The first and the third matches were won by scores of 25-19 and 25-21 respectively, with the fourth and final match coming down to a tie-breaker that set the Lady Pioneers ahead with a 27-25 win. The team was led by Cami Middleton with 19 kills and 25 digs, Alena Lopez with 29 digs, Keaton Campbell with 12 kills, and Kaylin Grissom with 5 kills.
Next Friday, Sept. 27th, the girls remain at home, but face a new challenger in North Crowley.
