It was a tough season for the Pioneers, but they came out on top on Friday night with a big win over Mansfield Lake Ridge. The ball was up and down the field all evening as Boswell and their opponents, the Eagles, fought for dominance over the turf. In the end, the Pioneers managed to pull ahead with a 44-35 score and sending the class of 2025 out with one final victory to add to their roster. KAriel Robertson had a phenomenal game with 10 catches for t 92 yds and and a TD, throwing a 78 yd TD and catching an interception on defense. Tyler Reyes was 17-28 passing for 169 yds and 2 TDs. Jaxon Trammell had over 90 yds receiving, including the 78 yd TD reception. Defensively, Brandt Williams and Christian Lassiter also added interceptions as well as making key tackles. Wyatt Robinson had a sack and several stops behind the line. Dugan Dryg had a fumble recovery and returned it over 70 yds to set up a score. The final score came on a great punt from Logan Emerson which the Lake Ridge returner carried into the endzone and was tackled by Micah Robinson for a safety.
