In a closely contest Friday night matchup at Pennington Field, the Pioneers fell short against the Trinity Trojans with a final score of 28-21. The game saw several standout performances by Boswell. Colin Dixon raced 80 yards for a touchdown on the first play of the second half setting the tone for the team's determination. He added another touchdown later in the game. In the first half, Ty Dauer caught a touchdown from Kairel Robertson. On the defensive front, the Pioneers forced three turnovers during the game and JJ Grant and Jaylen White each had an interception. With a short week ahead, the Pioneers gear up for a Thursday showdown against Paschal at Farrington Field at 7 pm.
