The Pioneers secured an impressive second place team finish at the boys powerlifting District Meet on Feb. 20 at Aledo. Notably, Joe Builtron, Ruben Ramirez, and Nathanael Cordova emerged as champions in their respective weight classes. Lifters who qualified to advance to Regionals include Braeden DeHoyos, Jack Garcia, Luke Smith, Ramirez, Hayden Robertson, Cordova and Ben Pardo (alternate). The Regional Meet is March 2 at Keller Central High School.
