The Lady Pioneers were in Aledo last Friday, showing off the hard work they have been putting in the weight room all winter. Coming off of an impressive 1st place win at their previous meet, the girls were eager to replicate the results. It took a great effort on the individual level from each of the athletes, but the hard work paid off in the end with a 3rd place finish and multiple medals for many of the lifters. Way to go, ladies! Several of the girls who competed are headed to regionals as well! This includes Addi Dickerson, Savannah Garcia, Annabell Hernandez, Avery Trujillo, Destiny Kessler, Leilani Santiago, Natalie Kirk, Haley Rountree, Emily Ingstrum, Lauren Pepper, and Addison Gomez.
The Regional meet will take place on Tuesday, February 25th, at Prosper High School.
