Resulting in one of the biggest wins of the season, the Lady Pioneers dominated the diamond against Crowley on Tuesday. After a celebration acknowledging the senior members of the team, the girls in blue got down to business and didn't let up for the entire runtime of the game. Homefield advantage was proven real as the Lady Pioneers scored run after run without letting their opponent slip through even once on their watch. By the end of the ninth inning, Boswell had swept away the competition with a staggering 15-0 win. Addy Watson led the offense by driving in four runs on two hits, and Harley Malone earned the win on defense in the circle with her pitching prowess.
The Lady Pioneers are on the road Friday, April 4th, to take on Mansfield Legacy and looking to repeat their performance.
