Anticipating rain on the official match day, Boswell hosted the Lake Ridge Lady Eagles a day early for their second and final meeting of the season. The girls in blue fought hard out on the turf in this highly competitive game. Missing their starting goalkeeper, Marisa Vonphakdy made her varsity debut and played invaluable defense for the team. Unfortunately, the Lady Pioneers were unable to keep pace with their opponents and were forced into the defensive position for most of the game. By the end of the evening, Lake Ridge had racked up a sizable point gap that proved insurmountable, but Boswell continued to fight up until the very last whistle.
