Central High School was the competition ground for this past weekend's Regional Powerlifting meet. Boswell had seven strongmen on their roster, facing off against a collection of other talented lifters from around the area. The boys fought hard, setting up an impressive amount of weight, and though there were no medalists among them, Xander Thacker won big as Boswell's State qualifier! He's headed for the THSPA State Powerlifting meet in Abilene on March 22, where he hopes to bring home another big win for the Pioneers. Congratulations, Xander, and good luck!
