Friday was a monumental day for the Pioneers in several events. Numerous individual competitors lived up to this season's trend of raising the bar. This included standout performances from Jamal Napoleon, delivering two impressive PBs in the 200m and 400m sprint, and the women's 4x100 relay team crossing the finish line with a big win to add to their resume. However, the biggest highlight of the day was Emmanuel Imolehin who, in his event, shattered a 45-year-old school record! With District just around the corner, the Pioneers are on track to make this season one to remember.
The team is on home turf for the district meet this Wednesday and Thursday, April 2nd and 3rd, looking to continue their upward momentum and win big.
