Tuesday night was decided by a standout defensive performance from the Lady Pioneers. Boswell had their work cut out for them, going up against a talented Weatherford team that force the girls to think on their feet. Thanks to stellar communication and teamwork, they managed to pull ahead of the visitors and maintain a tight lead for most of the evening. The grit and determination put forth by the Lady Pioneers allowed them to ride that narrow point gap to a nail-biting victory, ending the night off with a final score of 46-40 and chalking up their 13th win of the season.
The Lady Pioneers are off to Mansfield on Thursday, January 22nd, to face off against Lake Ridge.
