Boswell traveled to Saginaw on Friday, Nov. 18 for non-district play. The Pioneer defense held Saginaw to three single-digit quarters and outscored the Roughriders 12-5 in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. Boswell was led in a balanced scoring attack by Kairel Robertson (8), Jalen Almodovar (7), and Caiden Punt (6).
The Pioneers also competed in the Spring Creek BBQ Invitational during the Thanksgiving break and went 2-2 in the tournament. They will travel to take on Arlington on Tuesday, Nov. 29 before heading to the Midlothian Heritage Hoopfest on Dec. 1-3 followed by the Decatur Tournament on Dec. 8-10.
