Saturday might have been a hot one, but the Pioneers were on fire as they consistently snatched top-ranking spots in their at-home meet. Varsity boys got 3rd place as a team, lead by Shane Noviski who finished in a respectable 7th. After them, the varsity girls took to the course and came in at 2nd as a team with Brooklyn Dotts winning the race over all. JV boys and girls also performed very well, with both taking 4th place as a team.
The Pioneers head to Bob Jones Park this Thursday, Sept. 26th, to take on the second Southlake Invitational.
